UW DB target Caleb Presley will announce his Top 12 schools today at 3 pm.

In Presley’s initial tweet he stated that he’d be announcing at 6 pm, clarifying later that it would be 3 pm Seattle time. Reading tea leaves it indicates that there will be some East Coast schools in his Top 12, likely Alabama and Miami. Washington will probably be one of his finalists but he told RealDawg.com that he’s going to go where the situation is right.
The Seattle-native has been on the radar of Washington for a while, being first offered by Jimmy Lake and then re-offered by Kalen DeBoer in January of this year.
In the first four games last season his receiver was targeted just 8 times.
“It can be frustrating,” he said.
Initially, Presley said that the Washington offer was the one that he was waiting for–which was the case for many in-state players prior to Lake’s departure. Recently, however, Lake Stevens running back Jayden Limar left the Huskies out of his Top 12.
“I would love to have Washington in my top 5,” Limar told RealDawg.com.
Clearly, the Huskies have work to do in-state and are hard at work with having a lot of in-state talent at practices over the past few weeks.
