Monday mayhem wrapped up in dramatic fashion as with the Washington Huskies receiving the commitment from Husky legacy, Roice Cleeland. The son of current Washington’s IMG affiliate color analyst Cam Cleeland, will be a preferred walk-on. His father played for the Huskies in the mid-90’s before being drafted in the 2nd round by the professional football team, Washington.
The younger Cleeland, listed at 6-3, and 275 pounds is a frequent visitor to Seattle including twice in January.

His senior season ended earlier than he’d hoped, losing to Central Catholic in the 2nd round of the playoffs, 23-20 and was named 1st team all-state center following the season.
Last summer Roice told RealDawg.com that Washington was going to be hard to pass up if they offered him.
“Husky Stadium is like a second home to me,” he said from inside his purple-lit bedroom. “Everything I own has some purple or a “W” on it–usually both.”
RealDawg.com will have an interview with Roice in the coming days.
