Washington added a new name to the 2023 class roster, that of Bakersfield running back, Tybo Rogers.
“I picked Washington because I felt the family- hood and also the realness from the coaches”, the 5-11, 185 tailback told Realdawg.com.
Rogers was an campus back in January and loved everything he saw – enough to bring about an early decision.
On the field, Rogers said his biggest strength is his speed, “And also being able to go out for routes and catch the ball.”
The running back room continues to be a bright spot for the offense, and landing an athlete the caliber of Rogers just makes it better. Last season Rogers rushed for 1,246 and I received for 614 yards.
