Given that the Buffalos have had in excess of 55 players leave the Boulder since the season ended, it might be a risky move for Smalls. Â However, Smalls played for news Colorado coach Deion Sanders as a high schooler in the Under Armour All-American Bowl.
The 6-3, 259 edge defender who finished his high school career in state at Kennedy Catholic, entered the Transfer Portal on April 17th.
