LISTEN: 4th and Inches Podcast Reviews Washington’s 4-0 Start, Victory Over Stanford

The Washington Huskies cruised to their 4th win in as many tries at Husky Stadium late Saturday night. Kalen DeBoer ingratiated himself to the Husky faithful going 4-0 in his first homestand of his tenure as head of the program.

Just like the weeks before Washington controlled the entire game against Stanford and finished with the 40-22 victory.

Washington went into the 4th quarter with a dominant 30-7 lead that ballooned to 40-15 before a late touchdown from the Cardinal to make it look a little more competitive than it truly was.

While this game was not in question early in the 3rd quarter Washington did leave some points on the field. Washington stalled in the red zone five times and settled for field goals. Peyton Henry for his part made sure the Dawgs came away with points each time going 5-5 with a lone of 47.

Kaila Olin, UW Leah, and Trevor Mueller break down each facet of the game and discuss each position group.
