It Takes Two: Parker Twins Coming to Washington

It Takes Two: Parker Twins Coming to Washington

Juice Brown, Inoke Breckterfield, and Kalen DeBoer were on the road this morning and made a stop in Michigan to close on Jayvon and Armon Parker, the twin DL’s who visited over the weekend.

“Coach DeBoer is so down to earth”, Jayvon told Realdawg.com earlier in the week, “We loved it up there, we both loved it. Our parents and grandparents went too to check everything out and they loved it.”

“I chose Washington because it felt like a fit”, Jayvon said, “And the coaching staff really wanted us, so it wasn’t hard to choose. They are starting somethin new and I want to be a part of the process. Also my family enjoyed the visit and that meant a lot to me.”

If you talk to Javyon, you talk to Armon too — they are identical twins and share more than just their physical appearance, the two are instinctual in their thinking as well.

Jayvon and Armon were serious sleepers, but the two are genuine power five prospects.

On the field, the two are like bookends; at 6-4, 290 they’re  both physical and instinctual players who are twitchy and physically strong. Off the field they are very committed to their education.

“We want to major in Business or Sports Management”, Jayvon said.

The Parker’s parents, Shareta and Marcus, couldn’t be happier with their sons’ decision, “They already said they plan to come over to see us play”, Jayvon said. His grandparents, Suandra and Darryl will also likely become regulars at Husky games.
