Jason Robinson, Washington’s 4-star receiver commit has told RealDawg.com that he has transferred from Long Beach Poly to Rancho Santa Margarita in Orange County.
In 23 games over the past two seasons at LBP the two-time Max Preps All-American caught 109 passes for 1,678 yards and 17 TDs.
Jason is the first of three Robinson boys. The others are 4-star Jadyn a junior and Skylar a freshman who is unrated—and all play receiver.
Jason, a shade under 6-foot, committed to the Huskies last month, setting off a series of 11 commits in the span is 6 days.
At RSM Robinson will have the opportunity to compete against reigning national champion St. John Bosco, and powerhouses Mater Dei, Servite. Last season RSM went 6-5 (one victory was by forfeit), sometimes struggling to put points on the board. Adding two 4-star receivers should help with scoring.
His first game will be against West High School from Salt Lake City, Utah. The game will be played at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California on August 17.
RealDawg.com will have a full interview with Jason Robinson later this week.
