WOOF! The Huskies are back at it in the transfer portal, landing former three-star recruit Wayne Taulapapa, who played four years at the University of Virginia. The former Cavalier is adding experience and depth to the running backs room that’s currently riddled with injuries, that’s keeping three backs, Emeka Megwa, Richard Newton, and Cameron Davis out for the entire spring.

Over his four years at Virginia, Taulapapa recorded 266 carries for 1192 yards and 19 touchdowns. The graduate transfer and former team captain will have one more year of eligibility, and will provide a huge boost to a room that was in need of a body.
