To quote Kylo Ren, “MORE.” That seems to be the motto of Washington’s coaching staff this weekend, as they just picked up another commitment, this time it comes from three-star linebacker Jordan Whitney.
Whitney is one of the most underrated players in the country. Currently the 930th ranked player in the country, he’s one of the most athletic linebackers to come out of high school in recent memory, just watch the tape.
3-Star OLB Jordan Whitney (@JordanWhitney23) has some crazy speed and explosion 😳😳
Our Max Speed metric measures him as elite in both categories. Keep him on your radar 👀 pic.twitter.com/gncnIqKjnc

Washington came into Friday with the 59th overall ranked recruiting class in the country. Vincent Holmes’ commitment earlier on Saturday pushed them up to 33rd overall, and this commitment should push them into the mid-20s.

The effort that the entire coaching staff has put in this weekend can’t be understated, and any questions that the Husky fanbase has had about their ability to recruit should be stomped out, because they still aren’t done.
