Former Washington five-year starter Luke Wattenberg was selected No.171 overall in the 2022 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.
Wattenberg started 54 games for the Huskies in his five seasons at Washington. The 6-foot-5 300-pound center earned Pac-12 Honorable Mention in 2020 and 2021.
At Washington, Wattenberg started at left guard and left tackle before switching to center in his final two years at UW.
Wattenberg joins Huskies Trent McDuffie, Kyler Gordon, and Cade Otton as UW players drafted thus far.
