Former Washington quarterback, Jake Browning has moved to 3-0 as Cincinnati beat the Minnesota Vikings 27-24 in overtime. With the win the Bengals move to 8-6 with three games remaining.
When Browning took over for Burrow the Bengals were stumbling their way out of the playoffs at 5-6.
Since taking over as Cincinnati’s full-time starter the former UW star has complained 77-percent of his passes going 79 of 103 throws for 933 yards with 5 TDs and 2 interceptions.
With both the Bengals and Vikings fighting for their playoff lives, it was Browning who delivered in the clutch with this 44-yard pass:

In the 4th quarter and overtime he led the Bengals on 3 touchdowns and the game-winning field goal. In that timeframe he went 13-19 for 184 yard and two TDs.
The Bengals are now 8-6, controlling its own destiny for a Wildcard playoff spot.
