University of Washington sophomore linebacker Austin Harnetiaux has entered the Transfer Portal.
“Thank you, University of Washington. I am forever grateful and appreciative of the memories I made here with my brothers and all of husky nation,” he said in a tweet Tuesday night, 24 hours after the National Championship game.
The redshirt sophomore from nearby, Seattle Prep was virtually a weekly scout team player this past season, receiving the award for offense, defense, and special teams.

Known for his relentless effort, Harnetiaux was rated a 3-star linebacker in the class of 2021 has three years of eligibility remaining.
