The Washington Huskies have set an official visit for Josiah “Cheese” Hammond, a 6-5, 230 -pound defensive lineman from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
While his a hard name to forget, and for Huskies fans, it could end up being one you don’t want to.
“‘Cheese’, you know as in Ham and Cheese Sandwich—Hammond “Cheese”,” he told RealDawg.
Hammond announced his visit to Seattle today on Twitter— June 21st-23rd.

The Will Rogers High School lineman is a member of the class of 2025 but played high school football for the first time in 2023.
Even with so little experience and exposure Cheese is already wracking up the offers as Houston, Arizona, and Iowa State have all offered.
Hammond provides a profile the Huskies would be very lucky to take an early recruiting lead on.
