The younger Mencke, who was born in Tacoma, Washington is a 6-2, 180 pound safety from Samuel Clemens High School in Schertz, Texas North East of San Antonio, has seen his stock rise in the past few months.
He now has offers from Stanford and Washington who offered in back-to-back days—and 5 days after Notre Dame.
RealDawg.com will have an inside look at Mencke’s recruitment tomorrow.
