Denzel Boston with the great inside throw, cut across the grain and picked up 25

A completed pass from Williams to Ngata. he backs up that completion with a great run that he bounced outside. He picked up 10 after contact.

Davis II  with the knock of Rogers’ arm, he had a shot at. But the ball is picked off by Carson Bruener and to the house.

On the final play of the session, the play was blown dead, but Decker DeGraff comes up with a diving catch.

—Scrimmage session 2–

—Jonah Coleman, dropped by Sacramento State transfer Parham. Esteem with a great stop. 1 yard pick up. Jacob Lane nearly tips to pass and comes up with a great open field tackle.

— from their own 2 yard line Williams scrambles for 14

— Audric Harris picks up five on second and 13.  Drops a late throw in the end zone.

— there’s a slap slap slap behind us as Hatchett finally found his sparring partner

— Drew Fowler, with a scoop six on a fumble by Rogers

— Keith Reynolds dropped a touchdown in the rain

— Ngata with a nice touchdown from 3 out

— Williams scrambles away from pressure, but throws the ball out of the end zone.

— Coleman spun out of a tackle, but he’s dropped by Dyson McCutcheon for a two-yard loss

— Dixon called for interference in the end zone on a Denzel Boston.  Dixon voice is his objection, but the flag is still on the ground.

— Swartz got himself turned around, but came up with a nice reception for a first down

— Rashid Williams with a pick up of 25

— Coach Belichick is displeased with offensive pass interference

— coach Belichick is very happy with Carson Bryner calling out to play. Saves it for a 1 yard pick up brings up third at nine.

— Hunter with a 9 yard pick up on second and 10.

— Defense forces a turnover on downs

— Williams is in full control of the office. There is a lot of chatting going on.37

–Esteem with a great past break up on Rodgers. Pass intended for Hunter.

— Dyson McCutcheon just sniffed out a screen pass that he buried the receiver in the backfield for about a 7 yard loss

—J Parker with a sack of 7 yards. Back to back plays have gone for about a -16 yards.

— Jonah Coleman with a very patient 9 yard, 10 yard pick up

— the DBs have latched on to the receivers, forcing another throw away

—Mohamed explodes for 15, then muscles his way for five.  Rashid just bought the 40 takes it down to the 43.  17 yard pick up.

—Audric Harris with an outside inside move picks up 9 yards

—are you on the other side? The ball goes off of Rashid Williams’ hand. Would’ve been good for about 40 yards.  Bryant with him stride for stride.  After the play, the defensive ShowAfter the play, the defensive backs coaches look at the play with Bryant.  Explaining to him some of the nuances of the positioning. Very cool feature of this video board.

— it looks like Giles Jackson was coming free, but he got interfered with so the ballfield ahead of him.  If  he could’ve caught it it was a touchdown or a first down inside your five at worst

—a 40 yard field goal by Gross

— I nurse completed across the field, but I could not tell who it was, I think it was Keith Reynolds Rashid Williams has a ball game off of him, but it is tipped a few times and intercepted by Jacob Bandes

—Rogers dumps off to Coleman. He is tackle for a 1 yard loss by Tuputala

—Rodgers just hucked one in the general direction of Denzel Boston.  Nowhere near him.
—a nice crossing route for a 4 yard gain  brings up a field goal attempt by gross from 39.  Again, Gross and is good.

— inside hand off to Mohammed for 1.  A beautiful face carried out by Mohammed to the defensive sideline, pass went in the other way, but it was dropped.  Third and nine another ball goes through the hands of Williams.

— a call 3rd consecutive drive that has ended in a Brady gross field goal attempt. He is good again, this one from 42.

— Rogers to Boston for 13 Coleman takes to ball for a first down. Illegal formation called on the offense.

— Rogers find Boston at the 15 he takes it to the 11. First and 10 from the 11 Rogers into the end zone throws it over the head of Boston on the other side.  Hunter has not been targeted here, but Mohammed with a 2 yard pick up. Some serious popping of the pads.  Fourth and  from the 8 yard line. Denzel Boston did his best Rome Odunze on the sideline. Gets a first down at the one Mohammed has his soft cap come off he gets back to the line of scrimmage.

— the score is tied at 24. The ball is at the 2 yard line Coleman bobs, and weaves, hunts and pecks his way into the end zone as the purple take a 3124 lead

—“ back that ass up” is the call from the purple side line with a ball at the 3 yard line

— practice ends with a hold by the purple Defense. Purple wins 30 to 24.
