Shortly after the first day of Spring Football wrapped up the Washington Huskies sent out an offer to a run-stuffing defensive tackle Omar Khan from Cypress, Texas in the northwest corner of the greater Houston area.
Unrated by the major scouting services, Khan is listed at 6-5 and 275 pounds. With his offer coming from UW defensive line coach Inoke Breckterfield, presumably the Huskies are looking at him as a defensive lineman.
Bridgeland competes in the 6A Region II District. While the Bears finished 6-5 on the season they finished first in their league, lead by a stifling defense that allowed just 86 points in 7 league contests.

Earlier today he also posted a video on Twitter of the junior with a 315-pound power clean. He is also a wrestler for Bridgeland, competing in the 285 pound weight class.

Washington and California are currently his only Power 5 offers but he also appears to be in contact with Oklahoma, as well.
RealDawg has reached out to Khan on Twitter for his reaction to the Husky offer.
