The Washington Huskies are fresh off their bye with a record of 6-2. On Friday night the Huskies will be welcoming the Beavers to Seattle in a game that will end the conference championship hopes for one of the programs.

The Oregon State Beavers also find themselves at 6-2 overall and a #23 ranking in the first college football playoff rankings. The Beavers and Huskies have identical conference records with both losses coming against fellow conference members.

While there are four teams ahead of the two programs with one or fewer losses in conference, many will be tested down the stretch. A two-loss UW or OSU team still has a shot to participate in the conference championship. A 3-loss team will have no chance.
