In week seven the Washington Huskies face the Oregon Ducks. Not only could the matchup pit two top 10 teams; two Heisman-caliber quarterbacks; a possible Purple Out; a possible Game Day appearance by ESPN—but also a uniform showdown?

Lind says thatmultiple sources have confirmed the authenticity of the Nebraska 100-year commemorative jersey.
Lind had confirmed the Washington jersey authenticity.
”They’re the home version of the white ‘Husky Royalty’ uniforms they wore at Cal last year with the metallic gold numbers,” Lind told RealDawg.com.
Given the popularity of the fans road jersey it seems only logical that Washington would follow it up with a home version for fans.
On this leaked sample, no longer available, as with the white road version, there’s no piping around the letters and there are 2 gold stripes on the arms of the jersey.
The white iteration has purple piping around the numbers, so the sample image from Lind may not be the final product.
There has not been any official word on a “Purple Out” game, but it stands to reason that with the Nike-affiliated Ducks at Husky Stadium versus an adidas-affiliated Husky team one could be in order.
