Here’s What’s Next for the Remaining Washington Target Commitment Timelines

Despite plucking 8 commits in the past 72 hours there are more Husky targets who’ve made their timeline known.  There will be other commitments in the coming days, but here are some who have put out hard dates and times or at least a firm date.

First up is 3-star defensive back Elias Johnson from Oregon who will announce on June 27th.  He’d down to Washington, Oregon State, and Washington State.  There are a couple of projections by 247 Sports that have the 6-3, 175-pound cornerback headed to Washington while On3’s AI projection from their Recruiting Projection Machine (RPM) has him a 44.9-percent probability that he’s headed to OSU.  He will make his selection at 7 PM on his Instagram.

The Huskies are in a fistfight for Van Nuys, California athlete Peyton Waters who will be choosing from his 7 finalists. With the exception of Northwestern all of his finalists are from the Pac-12: Washington, Oregon, Utah, Stanford, USC, and UCLA. He will be announcing on June 30, no time given.

Next up is 4-star defensive lineman Dominic Kirks from Cleveland, Ohio who will announce on June 30th. He finished up his official visit to Washington the weekend of June 16 and has been weighing what appears to be four schools of Washington, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Pitt. He has not said what time or how he’ll be making his announcement.

Deshawn Warner described his visit to Washington this past weekend as “Perfect”. He’s a 3-star edge defender from Desert Edge, Arizona and he’s down to Washington, Oregon State, Texas, and Kansas. RealDawg.com will have a full interview with Warner on Wednesday.

There are several other prospects who will require you to continually hit the refresh button on Twitter. Some to keep an eye on are:
3-star safety Dontae Carter from Cibolo, Texas
—3-star offensive tackle Iki Tupou from Palo Alto, California
—4-star receiver Kwazi Gilmer from Chatsworth, California
—4-star linebacker Ashtin Kekahuna-Lopes from St. John Bosco
—4-star linebacker Kamar Mothudi from Valley Village, California
—4-star defensive lineman Jerico Johnson from Fairfield, California
—4-star linebacker Dylan Williams from Long Beach Poly
