Former 3-star defensive lineman Kuao Peihopa has announced that he has put his name into the Transfer Portal. Originally from Makakilo, Hawai’i, Peihopa was recently suspended by Kalen DeBoer for a violation of team rules.

The 6-3, 304-pound run stopper played in three games this season making two tackles. In his two years in purple and gold the Hawaiian played in 7 games and amassed 4 total tackles, one tackle for loss.
After defensive back Cam Williams, Peihopa is the second Husky to enter the Transfer Portal in the past 24 hours.
