FAQ’s

Below you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions regarding membership information and using this site.

What is free content and what is premium content?

As a regular practice on Realdawg.com, our main Premium content is recruiting information. That includes articles, updates, and other information at our discretion. Our general rule is that we only charge money for content that is exclusive to Realdawg.com. We don’t usually charge for most regular football info because the media has access to all video interviews, stats, and team news. Only if we have exclusive content will we charge for such info. You must be a subscriber to read the Insider message board, but the recruiting database is free.

Do you offer a trial period?

We don’t, simply because our sign up and cancellation process is seamless and automated through our ecommerce vendor. Also, depending on your renewel date, if you purchase a month and cancel halfway through or a week into your subscription, you would still be able to access the site until the next renewel period, at which time you would not be autobilled again. We take refund requests on a case by case basis.

How do I change my payment method, cancel my subscription, or enter an update card?

You would have to go into your Pay Pal account and make those changes there. If, for any reason you run into issues with this, you can contact Pay Pal directly by using any of the following resources on their website.

https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us

https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/home

How do I change my user name or password?

You can log into your account to make any changes. Normally, the user/login name cannot be changed, but you have the ability to change your nickname for the message board. If you lose your password you can easily have it reset by clicking the link that says “forgot password”. If you have any issues at all with this you can contact us.
