The latest recruiting victory is four-star athlete Peyton Waters from Van Nuys, California who has chosen Washington over six other finalists: Oregon, Northwestern, Utah, Stanford, USC, and UCLA.

The 6-2, 170-pound prospect becomes the 8th commit from California and the 11th commitment overall.
As a defensive back at Birmingham High in Van Nuys last season he had 51 tackles, 4 interceptions, 4 pass breakups and 2 blocked field goals.
