Washington sophomore Vince Nunley has entered the transfer portal, a source confirmed on Tuesday. With the potential returns of Asa Turner and Kamren Fabiculanan, Nunley will be looking elsewhere for potentially a larger role with another program.
With seven total safeties on the roster, the Huskies will have plenty of depth at the position and are expecting two more safeties from the 2024 class. The possibility of signing another safety through the portal as an immediate impact add is also an option for Washington.
Nunley had 16 tackles in seven career games, and the ball hawk will be on the radar of many schools looking to improve at the position.
