The 6-2, 225 pounder will lineup as an interior linebacker, as he did with the Trojans. He prepped at St. John Bosco, often a feeder school to the LA schools. He signed with the Trojans in 2019.
Goforth has played 4 collegiate seasons but will arrive at Washington with 2 years of eligibility remaining. For his career he has 149 total tackles in 40 games, according to USCTrojans.com.
He visited Washington this past weekend, and announced his pledge Monday morning on social media. With LBs Cameron Bright and Kris Moll moving on after the season, the Huskies were looking for veteran depth at the linebacker position.
