The Washington Huskies have started the month of July with some fireworks, securing the commitment of one of the west coast’s fastest rising players in Ezaya Tokio.
The 3-star linebacker is a 2026 commit out of southern California’s Oceanside High School.
Washington managed to beat out programs such as Arizona State, Colorado, and UCLA to sign the 3-star.
“His offer sheet is impressive,” said ReakDawg’s lead scout Trevor Mueller. “He has the ability to cover sideline-to-sideline as well as put pressure on quarterbacks.”
At 6-4 and 200 pounds, Tokio posses an impressive frame and has the athletic ability to match it.
Tokio is currently the highest rated linebacker-commit in the Huskies 2026 recruiting class.
