Realdawg.com learned this morning that a new name will be on the transfer portal list.
Ty Jones has always gotten the playing time he desired, but we have learned that this wasn’t enough to keep him in Seattle on the Husky roster going into 2021.
Jones, who came to Washington out of Utah and was recruited by former WR coach, Bush Hamdan, has done a lot to contribute to the Husky receiving passing game; starting in all four games this past season.
Washington will be fine in the depth department, however. As to where Jones will land, it’s anyone’s guess — but Utah might be the place since it’s his home state and the first school he committed to back when he was being recruited.
