Berry, who committed to Washington in July of 2021, held 20 offers coming out of high school, and committed to the Huskies over Texas Tech, Arkansas, Nebraska, and others. The 6’2, 220 pound back should receive a lot of attention in the portal, and could make an immediate impact for a team in 2022. He’ll be an excellent back for whoever he commits to between the tackles, and is going to be a huge threat for opposing defenses in the red zone.
Before a leg injury stunted his senior year, Berry rushed for 529 yards and nine touchdown for Lufkin (Texas) High School.
