4th and Inches Podcast: Washington Beats Oregon State to Go 11-0

The Washington Huskies move to 11-0 on the season with a 22-20 win against #11 Oregon State. The evening was defined by the torrential downpour that moved into Corvallis as kickoff loomed. The rain never fully let up leaving the receivers in the tough position of securing a slippery ball with saturated hands.

One could see the Husky pass-catchers working on the sidelines attempting to stay dry and focus on securing the ball. The only consistent threat was Rome Odunze who gained 106 yards, two touchdowns, and the game-winning catch to ensure a Husky win.

The defense yet again stepped up for the offense and held the Beavers to only 20 points on the day. Jabbar Muhammed filled the stat line with two interceptions and a fumble recovery all while surrendering zero receptions.

The defense was forced to be on the field for most of the second half and made the plays to stop the OSU offense.

Washington now has a chance to be the first team in the Pac-12 era to complete a 12-0 season with just Washington State standing in their way.

Kaila Olin, UW Leah, Coach V, and Trevor Mueller break down all the happenings in the game and around the country.
